Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all products within 2-3 working days inside Dhaka and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka, provided the order is placed during our working hours and working days.

Delivery Charges

We provide free delivery inside Dhaka City and charge taka 450 to 900 taka per product for deliveries outside Dhaka city.

Liability

Fully Furnished Ltd takes complete responsibility for the product until it is delivered to the customer. Once the product has been delivered and approved by the customer, the liability is transferred to the customer, and Fully Furnished Ltd is not liable for any damages that may occur thereafter.

Delivery Confirmation

We will send a confirmation email and SMS to the customer once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product is delivered, the customer will receive a delivery confirmation email and SMS.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete before placing the order. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery Attempt

Our delivery team will make three attempts to deliver the product. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted for further instructions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation will not be possible as the product may have already been dispatched.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product for return and refund.
